HOT CORN TV | David Kross and Freya Mavor on The Keeper

The story of Bert Trautmann is an astonishing one – and if you don’t know much about it, then you really ought to. Bringing it to life in this compelling biopic are actors David Kross and Freya Mavor, who play the aforementioned lead and his wife Margaret, respectively. Trautmann was a German prisoner of war, before signing for Manchester City, considered to be one of the great goalkeepers in English football history. It was our pleasure to sit down with the two and talk about this excellent little movie.
