Summary
Written and directed by David Ayer, creator of "Training Day" and "End of Watch," this Los Angeles-set crime thriller follows gangland tax collector David (Bobby Soto) and his partner Creeper (Shia LaBeouf) as they roam the city collecting payments from local gangs on behalf of the crime lord Wizard.
