Summary
The Captain, a veteran of war, lives in a mysterious forest with a young and odd squire. The sudden arrival of a soldier, who has lost his memory, triggers a series of unpredictable events. The basic theme of “The Awful Wars” is even the most atrocious and devastating war, at first, is generated by internal conflicts that every single person holds inside. If every human being will be able to overcome his inner conflicts then even wars will disappear like snow in the sun. The real revolution starts from the individual, not by the masses.
